Who is responsible
This site is the personal portfolio of Luca Valentini, Buenos Aires, Argentina. For anything about your data, email lucavalentini25@gmail.com.
In short
- The site uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser (no localStorage or sessionStorage).
- There is no advertising or cross-site tracking, and I don't sell or share data.
- I only receive personal data if you write to me through the form or by email.
Visit statistics
I use Umami Cloud to see how many people visit, which pages they read and where they come from. Umami uses no cookies and doesn't identify you: it records the page, the referring site (for example LinkedIn), the country, the browser, the operating system and the device type, always in aggregate. If your browser has "Do Not Track" turned on, your visit isn't recorded.
Contact form
If you send me a proposal, the form collects your name, your email, your company (optional), the type of proposal and your message. I use them only to reply to you and to discuss that proposal.
The message is processed by Web3Forms, which forwards it to me by email. It stays in my inbox while the conversation is relevant, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.
YouTube videos
Trailers first appear as an image hosted on this site: nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. When you press play, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com (YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, run by Google). From then on, Google's privacy policy applies.
Hosting and resources
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log technical connection data (such as your IP address) for security. Fonts and images are hosted on this same site, so loading a page requests nothing from third parties.
Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct or delete the data you sent me by emailing lucavalentini25@gmail.com. In Argentina, the supervisory authority is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.
Changes
If anything the site does changes, I update this page and the date at the top.
